Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your order arrived in this condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt
The item must be in its original packaging and unused, except to identify the defect
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or damaged item, please request a return instead.
